Professional Background
Liz is an entrepreneur and CEO who has built a career at the intersection of business, community, and service. She is the Primary at Estabrooks Capital Group and CEO of Jax Seafood, ventures that reflect her ability to lead with strategic insight, visionary thinking, and an unwavering commitment to people and purpose. Graduating Summa Cum Laude, she holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Economics, a Graduate Certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and has completed extensive MBA coursework. Her Alma maters include, University of Louisville, Purdue University, and Cornell University. She is a member of the Worcester Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2022, which honors and highlights the top and most influential individuals and business owners. She was awarded the Humanitarian of the Year 2023 by the United Way of Central Massachusetts.

Connection to the Mission
The Jax & Bash Foundation was created in honor of Liz’s two beloved dogs, Jackson (“Jax”) and Sebastian (“Bash”). Jax’s memory remains at the heart of the Foundation, inspiring programs that protect & celebrate the bond between pets and their people, while Bash represents the living legacy of that mission today.

As an adoptee from Colombia and childhood survior-ship, Liz understands firsthand the importance of resilience, belonging, and compassion. Her personal story fuels an unshakeable commitment to helping others find stability and hope during life’s most difficult moments. Through the Jax & Bash Foundation, she channels those experiences into action, building programs that ensure no family is left to face crisis alone, and that every person can find comfort, strength, and healing in the powerful relationships of their pets.

Community Involvement & Volunteerism
Liz has dedicated decades to humanitarian and nonprofit work. She is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and Guardian ad Litem (GAL) serving children in the Massachusetts DCF system, and she serves on the Board of Directors for CASA Project Worcester County.

She is a long-time volunteer with the UMass Cancer Center & Cancer Walk/Run, serving on both the volunteer board and steering committee. Liz is also deeply involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Massachusetts & Rhode Island, where she has served as a wish granter, event volunteer, advisory council member, Worcester County volunteer captain, and campaign facilitator. Her commitment to service extends nationally through her role as an ambassador and Member of Team Hope, with The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and internationally through humanitarian work in Ghana, Romania, and Colombia.

Vision for the Foundation
As Founder and President, Liz leads with a vision of building a Foundation that meets pets and their people exactly where they are — in moments of stability and in times of crisis. The Foundation is committed to ensuring that seniors, children, veterans, families facing hardship, and individuals with adverse abilities can keep their beloved companions close.

Liz also sees the Foundation as a platform for empowering the next generation of community leaders, fostering compassion, service, and responsibility in young people who will carry this mission forward. Her leadership is rooted in the belief that the human-animal bond has the power to strengthen mental health, create resilience, and unite communities.

Through this work, she envisions an organization that truly impacts every member of the community — protecting connections, uplifting families, and honoring the love between pets and their people.

Fun & Personal Note
When she isn’t leading her businesses or nonprofit work, Liz enjoys traveling to new countries ( 44 and counting) , reading, sharing great food and wine, and spending time with friends and family. She finds joy in life’s everyday moments with her fiancé, her stepdaughter, and her dog Sebastian — always honoring the memory of her beloved Jax

Her leadership philosophy centers on meeting people where they are, using her intuition, listening deeply, and guiding with empathy and vision. She believes true leadership is about communication, creating connection and building pathways so that no person — and no pet — is ever left behind.

Professional Background
Compassionate, driven, and community-minded, Alyssa Regalia is a seasoned leader in the pet care industry with over a decade of experience. She currently serves as the Director of Operations for a leading pet care brand, overseeing the success of 15 resort locations across the United States. She specializes in streamlining processes using lean methodology and driving operational excellence ensuring pets receive exceptional care and clients enjoy a consistently outstanding experience. Before joining the pet care field, Alyssa spent eight years at Massachusetts General Hospital in the research department, where she cultivated her passion for leadership, efficiency, and continuous improvement —principles she now applies to building strong, compassionate teams and elevating care standards across the pet care industry. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and brings a people-centered approach to team development and organizational success.

Alyssa understands firsthand the challenges families face in caring for their pets, as well as the incredible difference community support can make. She is inspired by the Jax & Bash Foundation’s mission to meet pets and their families where they are, especially during times of need or crisis, and is committed to helping ensure every pet has a loving, safe, and supported home.

As the owner of two senior Cavaliers, Bentley and Bode, Alyssa is passionate about supporting pet families and helping provide the resources they need to give their pets—and themselves—the best quality of life possible.

She is dedicated to closing gaps for pets and their people through resources, therapeutic programs, and hands-on assistance, bringing her operational experience, strategic insight, and compassionate perspective to help the Foundation grow its impact. Alyssa’s work reflects a lifelong commitment to strengthening the human-animal bond, empowering families, and creating meaningful solutions that allow pets and their people to thrive together, even in challenging times.

Community Involvement & Volunteerism
Alyssa is passionately engaged in the local pet community, dedicating her time to programs that support both animals and their people. For the past 13 years, she has led the Massachusetts Cavalier Meetup Group, coordinating monthly gatherings that bring together dog lovers from across New England to celebrate, socialize, and learn about their beloved breed. She also actively volunteers as a dog walker at Baypath Humane Society in Hopkinton, MA, providing hands-on care and companionship to animals in need. Through both her professional and personal efforts, Alyssa demonstrates a deep commitment to animal welfare, fostering community connections, and creating meaningful experiences that strengthen the bond between pets and their families.

As a committed board member of the Jax & Bash Foundation, Alyssa envisions a future where every pet and their family has access to the resources, support, and care they need to thrive together. She is committed to leveraging her experience in pet care operations, program development, and community engagement to expand the Foundation’s reach, enhance its programs, and create meaningful initiatives that strengthen the bond between pets and their people. Alyssa’s vision is to build a compassionate, inclusive, and innovative organization that not only improves the lives of animals but also empowers communities to celebrate, nurture, and advocate for the pets they love.

Fun & Personal Note
Outside of her professional work, Alyssa is a devoted dog lover and proud owner of two spirited senior Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Living in Milford, MA with her husband, she embraces an active and adventurous lifestyle spending time outdoors boating, exploring scenic walking trails, practicing yoga, and traveling to new destinations. Her personal life reflects a love for adventure, wellness, and creating joyful experiences for herself, her community, and the pets she adores.

Professional Background
Vikki is an entrepreneur with a marketing degree from Western New England College. On the very day she graduated, she launched her first business — The Dudley Golf Range — a brick-and-mortar driving range she owned and operated for nearly two decades. Over the years she continued to flex her entrepreneurial spirit, launching three additional online businesses.

During the off-season at the driving range, Vikki accepted freelance assignments for other companies, where she provided marketing and advertising support, designed graphics, and consulted on promotional campaigns. She also worked extensively in the hospitality industry, holding leadership and customer service roles that sharpened her ability to manage teams and create memorable client experiences. In 2019, after nearly twenty years at the range, she chose to close that chapter to focus on her family and a new venture.

Connection to the Mission
Throughout her career, companion animals have always been a central part of Vikki’s life. To her, pets are more than just animals — they are family members who often came along to work and contributed to the welcoming atmosphere she created for customers. This bond naturally connects her to the Foundation’s mission of protecting and strengthening the relationship between pets and their people.

Community Involvement & Volunteerism
Vikki continues to share her entrepreneurial and creative skills with the community, offering mentorship and guidance to others launching their own businesses. Her ability to blend marketing expertise with heartfelt service reflects the values of the Foundation and its focus on closing gaps for families in need.

As a board member, Vikki is committed to helping the Jax & Bash Foundation grow its reach and build sustainable programs that keep pets with their families. She believes the Foundation has the power to change lives by fostering a community where the human-animal bond is celebrated and protected.

Fun & Personal Note
Vikki’s two beloved dogs carry on the tradition of being “business greeters,” welcoming visitors with wagging tails and a reminder of the warmth pets bring to everyday life. Her personal and professional philosophy is centered on creating spaces where both people and animals feel valued, included, and at home.

Joann Delp, Retired Chief Financial Officer

Professional Background
Joann graduated with honors from Nichols College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in accounting. She began her career as Assistant Controller at the Publick House in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, where her strong work ethic and ability to identify cost-saving strategies quickly earned her a promotion to Controller.

After five years, she advanced to Corporate Controller, taking over the accounting functions for the company’s second property, the historic Hawthorne Hotel in Salem. Seven years later, as the company acquired Concord’s Colonial Inn, Joann was promoted again to Regional Controller, where she oversaw the finances of all three properties and managed revenues exceeding $30 million. After 25 years of dedicated service, Joann chose to retire and redirect her skills toward new opportunities.

Connection to the Mission
Joann’s lifelong love of both people and animals made the treasurer role at the Jax & Bash Foundation a natural fit. She believes deeply in the Foundation’s mission of protecting the human-animal bond and sees financial stewardship as a way to ensure resources reach the families who need them most.

Community Involvement & Volunteerism
Throughout her career, Joann has supported colleagues, teams, and community projects with her financial expertise and leadership. She now channels that same commitment into her work with the Foundation, ensuring transparency, accountability, and long-term growth.

Vision for the Foundation
Joann is passionate about using her extensive financial background to help the Jax & Bash Foundation reach its goals and expand its impact. She envisions a sustainable, well-resourced organization that can support seniors, children, veterans, and families in crisis while keeping pets with the people who love them.

Outside of her professional life, Joann enjoys giving back to the community and spending time with her family. Her love of animals inspires her dedication to the Foundation’s mission, and she is proud to use her skills to help create a compassionate future where no pet or family is left behind.

Professional Background
Adam Webster is a radio personality, communications specialist, and local entertainer whose career spans radio, healthcare, and community engagement. He connects with people, whether on the air, organizing or emceeing community events, and within the halls of UMass Diabetes Center of Excellence.

He has been a familiar voice on Worcester’s radio airwaves since 2000, hosting the morning show on 98.9 Nash Icon, and is also heard on 100.1 The Pike and 104.5 WXLO. Adam brings humor, authenticity, and a sense of community to his broadcasts. Earlier roles in promotions and programming sharpened his skills in audience engagement, creative strategy, and brand storytelling.

Worcester hockey fans know Adam as the public address announcer and arena host for the Worcester Railers, and he previously served in those roles for the Worcester Sharks and Ice Cats.

Combining his love of entertaining and helping others, Adam has organized and performed at hundreds of comedy night fundraisers, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for local charities and organizations.

At UMass Chan Medical School, he serves as Scientific Writer for the Diabetes Center of Excellence, creating and managing digital content that highlights diabetes research and clinical care. He translates complex science into accessible content that bridges the gap between scientists and the public.  His work also includes facilitating communication among research teams, coordinating seminars and events, and supporting the department’s leadership.

Before joining UMass Chan, Adam spent sixteen years combined with the American Red Cross Blood Services and the American Diabetes Association, leading large-scale community initiatives, managing events, and driving measurable growth in outreach, donor engagement, and fundraising.

Connection to the Mission
Adam and his wife share their home with three rescue cats and previously gave long, happy lives to three others. With years spent coordinating blood drives across Central Massachusetts and advancing diabetes research, care, and advocacy, he is deeply committed to improving lives through connection and compassion. His work reflects a belief that outreach, dedication, and clear communication can make a real difference.

Vision for the Organization
Adam believes the most effective organizations are those that connect mission to message. His vision centers on building trust, expanding awareness, and crafting communications that inspire action. Whether helping a nonprofit reach new supporters or translating complex challenges into public understanding, he strives to make every message clear, credible, and human.

Fun & Personal Note
Outside of work, Adam enjoys traveling as much as possible and weekend explorations in New England with his wife—often kayaking, hiking, and biking. Driven by humor, curiosity, and a sense of adventure, he looks for joy in every new experience and connection

Jess Rodier is a seasoned software engineer with over a decade of experience spanning the education technology and climate technology sectors. Beyond her full-time work in tech, in her spare time she helps small businesses establish their digital presence through website development, logo design, social media marketing, and brand strategy. Jess is deeply passionate about web accessibility and creating online experiences that are inclusive for everyone. In addition to her professional pursuits, she proudly serves on the board for both the Jax & Bash Foundation and the Auburn Fastpitch League, where she has coached youth softball for more than three years.

Connection to the Mission
Jess has always felt a strong connection to animals and the people who love them. She understands firsthand how important it is to keep pets with their families, especially during difficult times. Her own experiences helping care for her mother’s dog during cancer treatment—and fostering pets for friends recovering from surgery—have deepened her belief in the power of community and compassion.

Community Involvement & Volunteerism
Jess is deeply involved in her community through coaching youth softball in Auburn and helping fundraise for the league. She and her family also make it a priority to give back during the holidays by assembling gifts for families in need. In addition, Jess has opened her home to foster pets for friends and family during times of transition, reflecting her commitment to compassion and connection year-round.

Vision for the Foundation
Jess envisions a future where pets and their families can stay together through life’s challenges, supported by compassionate programs that provide temporary fosters and in-home assistance for those facing medical or mobility limitations. As the Foundation’s primary website development support, she is dedicated to leveraging technology to expand the organization’s reach and raise awareness for its mission online.

Fun & Personal Note
Outside of coaching, Jess enjoys spending time with her wife and stepdaughters—cheering them on at games, attending theater performances, and supporting their community involvement through the town council. She also values the quality time she shares with her mother and sister each week, ensuring they can spend time together despite mobility challenges. When she’s not with family, Jess can be found acting as first mate on her wife’s latest home improvement project or trying her hand at a new recipe in the kitchen.

Maria Soja, Educator, Firefighter/Paramedic

Maria works full time as a Firefighter and Paramedic for the Town of Dudley, where she also serves on the Dive and Swiftwater Teams. Alongside her public safety career, she teaches Fire Science at Shepherd Hill Regional High School, is certified by the American Heart Association to teach CPR, and instructs in the Paramedic program at Quinsigamond Community College. Her dedication to both emergency response and education reflects her passion for empowering others with life-saving skills.

Connection to the Mission
Maria joined the Jax & Bash Foundation because of her lifelong love for animals and her deep connection with founder Liz, a childhood friend and fellow adoptee from Colombia. Their shared experiences foster a strong compassion for others and an understanding of how often help is just out of reach. As a firefighter and paramedic, Maria has witnessed firsthand the profound bond between people and their pets, even during moments of crisis. She knows how devastating it can be for seniors or vulnerable individuals to lose the companionship of their animals, and she sees mental health as a central reason to protect that connection.

Community Involvement & Volunteerism
Beyond her professional commitments, Maria volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and the Auburn Women’s Club, continuing her service to the community in meaningful ways. Whether through building playhouses or supporting local initiatives, she extends her care and leadership beyond her career in public safety.

Maria is passionate about helping the Foundation expand its reach, ensuring that seniors, children, veterans, and families in crisis can keep their beloved pets. She envisions a compassionate community where mental health and the human-animal bond are prioritized and protected, and where systemic barriers no longer force families apart from the animals they love.

Fun & Personal Note
At home, Maria enjoys the company of her one-eared rescue cat, Mackenzie Seeley Soja, who lives a spoiled life of snacks, heating pads, stroller rides, and steak. Outside of work, she can be found hiking or enjoying water sports with friends and their dogs. Her personal motto, “Make Good Decisions,” guides both her professional service and her volunteer work with the Foundation.

With more than a decade of leadership in the life sciences industry, he has led multimillion-dollar operational and data transformations that redefine how organizations use information and strategy to drive measurable outcomes.

Recognized for building high-performing teams and turning complex challenges into actionable, human-centered solutions, Tiler’s expertise in operations, data governance, and systems design adds invaluable structure to the Foundation. His approach blends corporate-level precision with mission-driven heart—ensuring every initiative is impactful, transparent, and sustainable.

Tiler’s connection to the Foundation’s mission runs deep. A devoted dog dad to two Bernedoodles, Ziggy and Axle, he understands firsthand the joy, comfort, and connection animals bring to daily life. That bond fuels his dedication to keeping pets and their people together, especially during times of hardship.
Whether it’s helping seniors stay connected to their pets, expanding access to service and support animals, or ensuring families have resources during crisis, Tiler’s work with the Foundation is guided by empathy and a belief that compassion should always be actionable.
