Why do we do this?
At The Jax & Bash Foundation for Pets and Their People, we are 100% volunteer-run and committed to meeting pets and their people in times of need and crisis.
The funds raised from the Bash Pass help us launch programs that:
- Help children and adults with disabilities access trained service dogs
- Fund scholarships to certify the next generation of Service Dog trainers
- Support seniors, trauma survivors, cancer patients, and veterans in keeping their companion animals during illness or transitions
- Provide therapeutic riding programs for children, trauma survivors, and veterans
- Keep pets in homes instead of shelters during temporary financial hardship
- Strengthen local rescues and shelters
- Run a Pet Pantry for families in need
- Offer pet care assistance for elderly or disabled pet owners
And much more – all aimed at building stronger communities through the human-animal bond.
