The Jax & Bash Lifeline Fund

In partnership with Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) — Shrewsbury, MA

Funds from the JBF Lifeline Fund will be used to help cover the cost of care for pets in emergency situations when their owners are unable to afford treatment and all third-party financing options have been exhausted.

This initiative is made possible through our partnership with Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) — a collaboration that allows us to step in during critical moments to help families in crisis. The Jax & Bash Foundation serves as the fuel behind the fund by providing financial and community support that makes emergency care possible for pets who might otherwise go untreated.

While The Jax & Bash Foundation proudly helps make this program possible, we are not involved in medical decision-making or case selection. Our role is to make sure veterinarians have the resources they need to provide timely, compassionate treatment when it matters most.

*A determination that the pet has a good prognosis for recovery with a single medical intervention must be made by the attending veterinarian, and final approval for use of the funds rests solely with hospital leadership and veterinary staff.
